About Me

Shell is a musical collective dream weaver, truth seeker, change maker and space holder. She has been singing and playing music her whole life, studied Thai Yoga Massage and is a certified yoga instructor. Tired of cold Canadian winters and a western way of life she began her travels in Central America which lead her to find a new home base in Costa Rica. For the past year she has been living and working with a regenerative, educational, experimental, intentional permaculture community called Finca Morpho located in the OSA Peninsula.
