About Me

Tireless traveler, environmental activist and educator, event producer, weaver of global change networks.  Among other things Ivan has been participating in the development of different cultural exchange, sustainability and indigenous knowledge preservation initiatives in different parts of North, Central and South America for almost a decade.

My personal mission

I am dedicated to bridging festival culture with sustainability and indigenous wisdom as well as supporting and documenting grassroots movements in Latin America

My most transformational travel experience

I have been traveling most of my life and I can have had many transformational experiences. One of the most memorable of these experiences was in spring of 2014 when  I travelled with a group of Staying in the autonomous territory of San Blas in Panama with Guna Indians and participating in their rituals and celebrations as well as helping to bring support for ongoing sustainability projects in the community. This experience has left me with great appreciation of Indigenous people of Panama and their culture and land.

My mantra

I am always in the right place at the right time !
